Located in the Mid-Cities, we are a renewing church whose vitality springs from our diversity. We represent a wide range of spiritual practices, economic resources, and social thought. We are made up of different ages, ethnic origins, and lifestyles. Our unity is our common commitment to Jesus Christ and the ministry to which we are called and our mission today remains steadfast - to journey together in faith and to reveal the presence of Christ in the World.
Many people come to Martin because of the open and welcoming acceptance and nurture extended to everyone. We believe that each member is essential to our life and that every parishioner has a vital role in the ministry of our church. Many are attracted to the meaningful and varieties of worship experiences, the music program, our children's ministries and the varied social outreach ministries.

We are located at 2621 Bedford Rd. in Bedford, TX. Martin UMC is on the corner of Murphy Drive and Bedford Rd.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Our parking is located on the North side of our facility (or around back!). We have several visitor spots (marked with signage) on the front row next to the covered walkway. We also have handicapped parking on the East side of the building as well as "around back".
WHAT DO I WEAR?
Everybody is welcome at Martin United Methodist Church regardless of dress. Expect to see every brand and style of clothing - the choice is yours.
IS THERE ANYTHING FOR MY KIDS TO DO?
Check out our Children's section to see full details. However, in a nutshell: we provide nursery at all four of our services. We have Sunday School classes for all children at 9:45 a.m. At 8:30 and 11:00 we have Children's Church and Power Station. Kids will have fun while learning about God and Jesus at Martin.
